New Managers Grant Cho, and new general manager Lawrence Campbell (both previously working in restaurants from california to seattle )moved to Birch bay last summer. The Blue Fish inspects and hand picks the seafood daily before we bring it to our restaurant to be prepared, to insure that you really will be getting the 'highest quality fare' and best taste. Simply put, we refuse to cut corners, and everything we serve is prepared with care and an attention to detail. We use only the finest seafood that was healthy in life and has been treated with care and respect after catch. Serving the freshest produce, and using only USDA Choice Angus Certified Beef for our steaks not to mention we make our own home-style burger patties.
